2. Eligibility

To use our site and services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Orders

All items sold on printed-shirt.shop — including t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, hats, accessories, and other apparel — are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is completed.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

• Venmo (via PayPal)

• Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express via PayPal)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via trusted providers such as UPS, USPS, CDL, SpeeDee, GLS, Better Trucks, and UDS.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express shipping: 2–4 business days (Not available in Alaska and Hawaii)

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

As all items are custom-made for each order, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds or free replacements are only available in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item, size, or color

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

• Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund. In rare cases where a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

• You selected the wrong size, design, or color

• You changed your mind after the order

• The delivery failed due to an incorrect address

7. Custom Designs

You may request custom designs by submitting a concept, sketch, or artwork. By submitting any custom design:

• You confirm that you have the right to use the content

• You grant us permission to print and fulfill your design request

• We reserve the right to reject any custom design that violates our content policy or intellectual property laws

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product mockups, branding, and website content are the property of printed-shirt.shop or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written permission.

Some designs may feature elements licensed or used with permission from other brands.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and store personal information, including your email address, for order processing and marketing purposes. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies and agree to our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount of your order.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
