Returns & Replacements

All our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and support conscious shopping. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

- The wrong size or color was selected during checkout
- You changed your mind after placing the order

Damaged or Defective Item?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered. We offer a free replacement or refund in the following cases:

- The product arrives damaged
- There is a clear print or production error

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
- Any other relevant details

If the issue affects multiple items, please include a group photo showing all affected products.

Important Notes

We cannot offer support for issues resulting from incorrect size or color selections.

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered normal and not eligible for replacement.

Refunds are issued in your original payment currency. In rare cases, international banks may cause slight delays in receiving refunds.
