Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping and Processing Times
Most orders placed and paid before 8:00 AM from Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM are typically shipped the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped free of charge with standard shipping within the United States. If you select the free shipping option at checkout, your order will be sent using the standard delivery method.
We may require a signature confirmation for high-value packages. If your order is of significant value, a signature will likely be required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 2 to 7 business days
Express shipping: 2 to 4 business days
*These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (such as holidays or sales) or due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
*For Alaska and Hawaii, only the standard delivery option is available.
3. Made-to-Order Products and Responsible Consumption
All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. This approach helps reduce overproduction and supports more responsible consumption. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect design, size, or color selected by the customer
Change of mind after placing the order
Delivery issues due to incorrect address provided at checkout
Delays or losses caused by exceptional circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, customs delays)
We provide detailed size guides on each product page to help you make the right choice before placing your order. We strongly encourage you to consult them before completing your purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order (wrong item, size, or color), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

After review, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Claims Deadline and Conditions
All return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may no longer be able to process your claim.
6. Return Shipping Costs
In the rare event that a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
